In the province of Trento, for a young local couple, we designed the interior of this house. They required contemporary interiors while keeping with local style, where the houses have alpine character and natural materials typical of mountain areas. Current desaturated colors define the space, with some romantic accent that reflects the temperament of the hostess. Several architectural details and moderate non-intrusive lighting, complete this home project. Some elements inevitably act as the real protagonists of the house, in particular the “suspended” staircase and the footbridge over the atrium, both completely covered in the same wood used for the flooring of the bedroom on the first floor.
