Garonzi International . Hotel Bellinzona . 2015

For the expansion of a hotel in Switzerland, we proposed room distribution through pre-fabricated, easy-to- install walls, which can be coated with different types of materials. The existing dark oak floor has been the starting element for the concept of the model standard room, in which there are several elements that enhance, such as classic but modern wall paper behind the simple bed in anthracite fabric. Classic furnishings requested by the client, dialogue with the contemporary and comfortable sitting chair in wool. A large porthole beside the bed visually connects the room with the modest bathroom, made fancy by porcelain stoneware slabs with white Carrara marble effect, on the floor and walls. Soft curtains hide a courtesy mirror on the back of the room.

Concept developed with Garonzi International.
